The newest addition to the Pellini family, Pellini Vivace is roasted in the spirit of the most classic Italian espresso. Like all blends of Robusta with Arabica that Pellini offers, this one is characterized by a spicy aroma and a harmonious taste without signs of acidity. It is characterized by an extremely thick crema, which is the rightful pride of this coffee.

This mixture of 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta is very suitable for preparation in the machine and as a basis for cappuccino or latte macchiato. Due to the slightly higher caffeine content, this coffee is suitable for sipping until the early evening hours. Arabica beans are from Latin America, Robusta beans are from Africa and Asia.
