Passalacqua Ibis Redibis coffee is one of the most perfect blends of this Italian roaster. It consists of excellent Arabica beans (60%), with an admixture of high-quality Robusta. Like other Passalacqua coffees, it is dark roasted in the classic Neapolitan style, which is typical of the southern regions of Italy. Espresso prepared from it is characterized by a relatively strong taste and intense aroma. It is also ideal for milk coffees such as cappuccino and latte. Coffee with a high content of Robusta beans has a pleasant malty aroma and an unusual, thick foam that stays on the cup for a long time.
