In Guatemala, coffee grows in undisturbed mountainous areas where agriculture respects biodiversity. The coldness of the higher altitudes is moderated by the warm Mexican winds, and coffee trees can therefore grow up to 2000 meters above sea level.

Huehuetenango's rare combination of height and heat gives this coffee a subtle and balanced sweetness and a range of flavors and aromas, including chocolate, caramel, honey and citrus. The result is an extremely pleasant coffee experience.
