The tradition is that coffee comes from the forests of Ethiopia. Wild coffee bushes can still be found here, growing among the other vegetation. However, this coffee is grown on plantations and gardens among other domesticated plants, where it is obtained by honest, manual harvesting.

The special climate and cultivation method in Yirgacheff allows the production of coffee that naturally presents a pleasant combination of aromas, including floral and fruity notes, which combine to create a truly valuable coffee experience.
