With a very powerful roasting line and huge enthusiasm, Caffé Gimoka is a producer focusing primarily on the coffee market for large capacity machines. It is a family roastery founded in 1982 in the Italian city of Andalo Valtellino, which focuses primarily on stronger coffee with a larger proportion of Robusta, which is typical of northern Italy.
