Gimoka Gran Festa is a coffee with a soft nutty taste and a rich crema. It is a blend of Arabica and Robusta. The Gimoka company is young by the standards of Italian roasters, but all the more productive. With a very powerful roasting line and huge enthusiasm, Caffé Gimoka is a producer focusing primarily on the coffee market for large capacity machines. It is a family roastery founded in 1982 in the Italian city of Andalo Valtellino, which focuses primarily on stronger coffee with a larger proportion of Robusta, which is typical of northern Italy.
