Diemme Aromatica is a blend of Arabica varieties (75%) grown on the best plantations in Salvador (Salvador high grow), Brazil (Brazil Alta Mogiana), Tanzania (Tanzania Kilimanjaro) and India (India Arabica) with the addition of high quality India Cherry Robusta varieties. What is very interesting, the strong taste was achieved despite the relatively short roasting process, which lasts only 15 minutes. The coffee is characterized by a rich taste, in which we find strong tones of chocolate, spices, cocoa and amaretto. It is suitable for preparing cappuccino, latte as well as classic Italian espresso.
