A particularly well-balanced aromatic blend roasted according to a Swiss recipe. For this blend, the coffee beans are specially selected and roasted at low temperatures. This method optimally develops the flavors. The result is a coffee with a full flavor and low acidity, refined with notes of nuts and chocolate.

Garnished with a creamy foam - called "Schumli" in Switzerland.
