1. Right of Withdrawal (Non-Perishable Goods)

2. Returns for Perishable Goods (Coffee, Capsules, etc.)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns for perishable items such as:
- Coffee (beans, ground, capsules, pods)
- Tea
- Hot chocolate and similar consumables
are not accepted unless:
- You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item
- The item was expired on delivery
If so, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- Description of the issue
Once approved, we’ll arrange a refund, replacement, or store credit.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If any item (perishable or non-perishable) arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it or issue a full refund. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
4. Legal Guarantee
All physical products (excluding perishable goods) are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee under EU law. If an item is faulty or not as described within 24 months of purchase, you are entitled to:
- Free repair or replacement
- Price reduction or full refund (if repair or replacement is not possible)
This applies regardless of the manufacturer warranty.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or cancellations for:
- Opened or used perishable goods
- Custom or personalised items
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers

8. Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving your withdrawal request. However, we may delay the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of their return, whichever comes first. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
